Working Together

A safe space for curiosity, exploration and growth

People start thinking about beginning therapy (for the first time, or with a new therapist) for many reasons. You might be in the middle of something difficult, or perhaps you're bringing a quieter sense that you want things to feel different in some way. Wherever you are, welcome!

Finding a therapist who feels like a good fit matters. I see therapy as a collaborative process, where we explore your experiences together, notice patterns that may be causing difficulty and make sense of where they come from. It's a space to be curious, to challenge yourself and to give yourself some kindness.

I work open-endedly and value the depth that can come from longer-term work, but there's no pressure to commit upfront. Some people come for a small number of sessions, others take breaks along the way.

When we begin, the first few sessions are about getting to know you and what has brought you to therapy. You're in control of what you share and when, and we'll work at a pace that feels manageable for you.

Ways to Work With Me

Individual Therapy

A space to explore your experiences, relationships, identity and the patterns that may be causing difficulty. Together, we can get curious about where these patterns come from and what you might want to change.

Relationship Therapy

For couples, intimate partners and other important relationships. A space to better understand one another, explore recurring dynamics and find different ways of communicating and relating.
