About Me

I’m a therapist working with individuals, intimate partners, friends and family members (two people), offering a calm, thoughtful space to explore what’s going on beneath the surface. People often come to therapy because they want to understand themselves or their relationships more deeply, navigate change, or find new ways of relating that feel more sustainable and authentic.

My work is relational and collaborative, with a focus on patterns, communication, boundaries, attachment and identity. I’m particularly interested in how past experiences and relational dynamics shape the way we connect with ourselves and others in the present.

I have specialist training in working with relationship diversity, sexuality and non-monogamy, and I work in an affirming, non-pathologising way with LGBTQ+ clients and people whose lives or relationships don’t fit neatly into traditional frameworks. This includes supporting people who are opening up relationships or practising non-monogamy in a way that is thoughtful, consent-led and emotionally safe.

I aim to offer a space that feels steady, curious and non-judgemental, where complexity is welcome and nothing needs to be rushed. We’ll work at a pace that feels manageable, paying attention not just to what’s happening, but to how it feels to talk about it together.

I work online with clients across the UK and in person at Space To Be You Therapy Rooms.

If you’re unsure whether therapy is right for you, a free 15-minute consultation call can be a gentle place to start.
