Therapy to explore your relationship with yourself, and with others.

Individual and relationship therapy exploring identity, attachment, sexuality, and the patterns that keep repeating.

A LITTLE ABOUT HOW I WORK

Therapy as a shared investigation

I see therapy as a shared investigation into the places you feel stuck, the patterns that keep repeating, and what's happening beneath the surface. It's about getting curious, asking questions and sometimes challenging the stories we've come to believe about ourselves.

My approach is collaborative, thoughtful and direct. I'll listen, but I'll also ask questions, offer observations and challenge you when I think it might be helpful. Together, we'll explore your relationships, experiences and ways of being, making space for new perspectives and meaningful change.

What brings you here?

There’s no single reason to come to therapy. Here are some of the topics we might explore together.

Relationships & Attachment

Exploring how we connect, communicate and navigate closeness, conflict & intimacy

Identity & Sexuality

Making sense of who you are, what you want and how you relate to yourself

Patterns & Self-Understanding

Understanding the behaviours, beliefs and experiences that keep showing up in your life

Non-monogamy & Relationship Diversity

Exploring relationships, boundaries and desires beyond conventional expectations

Curious About Working Together?

Finding the right therapist matters. An initial consultation is a chance for us to meet, talk about what you're looking for and see whether working together feels right.

Consultations are free, last 15 minutes, and there's absolutely no pressure to book a session afterwards.
