Individual Therapy
50 mins
£70/session
This fee is for once a week 50 minute sessions. I offer open-ended therapy with regular reviews.
Partner Therapy
50 mins
£135/session
This fee is for once a week 50 minute sessions for two people (eg. couples, friends, family)

Sessions are 50 minutes and take place online or in person at Space To Be You Therapy Rooms. We usually begin with an initial session to explore what’s bringing you to therapy and what you’d like support with. My work focuses on patterns, communication, boundaries, relationships and identity, and how these show up in your life and connections with others.
I work collaboratively and at your pace. Many people choose to begin with a free 15-minute consultation call, which offers space to ask questions and see whether working together feels like a good fit before committing to sessions.

I’m based in London and work online with clients across the UK and internationally, as well as in person at Space To Be You Therapy Rooms

Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged at the full session fee. I aim to hold this boundary with care and fairness, while recognising that life can sometimes be unpredictable.
