I see therapy as a shared investigation into the places you feel stuck or notice repeating patterns — a way of gently understanding what’s happening beneath the surface, rather than trying to fix or force change too quickly.

I offer a calm, thoughtful and collaborative space to explore patterns, communication, boundaries, relationships and identity. My work is grounded in curiosity rather than judgement, and we’ll move at a pace that feels manageable for you.

I work with individuals, intimate partners (including couples), family members (two people), and friends, and I have a particular interest in relationships and identity — especially where experiences or relationship structures don’t fit neatly into traditional boxes. This includes working affirmingly with non-monogamy, sexuality, queerness and relationship diversity.

Sessions are available online and in London.

How I can help…

Individual therapy
A space to explore identity, anxiety, boundaries, self-esteem, sexuality and recurring relationship patterns, and to better understand how you relate to yourself and others.

Couples therapy
Support with communication, conflict, trust, intimacy and navigating change. I work with both monogamous and non-monogamous relationships in an affirming, non-judgemental way.

Therapy for friends / chosen family
A space for friends or chosen family to work through conflict, repair ruptures, or untangle dynamics that have started to feel painful or stuck.

Therapy for family members (two people)

Support for two family members who want help navigating conflict, communication, boundaries or change. This might include adult siblings, parents and adult children, or other family relationships where a focused, two-person space feels most appropriate.
